Co-Founder & CEO
A result oriented marketing and communications professional with over 20 years of experience in spearheading Marketing, Branding and Communication activities. Ram has had successful stints across the industry sectors of media, consulting, financial services and ed-tech during his career.
Prior to founding Beanpole, Ram had helped clients as an independent consultant on marketing and communications, focussing on ideation and content creation.
Harshit Kumar Gupta
Co-Founder & Director-Experience Design
With exposure in corporate and academic domains, Harshit is equipped with design and management skills alike. He has completed M. Des from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, after securing AIR-22 in GATE 2015. He has founded a popular social networking platform which helps students to gain admission into India's prestigious institutions.
He has worked on a number of projects such as redesigning of a warehouse vehicle, an ingress-egress system for the elderly and a patient transfer system. He likes to mentor people on design projects to improve the functionality, usability and aesthetics of a user-centric system. This leads to customer satisfaction and customer success, resulting in a long lasting, win-win relationship between the customer and the organization. His focus on understanding the needs of all key stakeholders plays a key role in achieving the desired outcomes.
Narayanan Namboothiri (Namboo)
Creative Consultant - Art
Namboo has worked with leading Advertising Agencies in Bangalore for about 30 years as Art Director/Creative Expert. His key clients include leading real estate players such as Adarsh Developers, Skyline Constructions, Kolte Patil, and Sriram Properties. He has also helped many brands from the Banking, Mobile telephony and Cement industry.
His rich imagination coupled with an innate ability to understand the nuances of the brand requirements and his quick thinking capabilities has resulted in some brilliant creative work for his clients.
